Marine litter from Bulgarian Black Sea beaches
Marine litter data from some Bulgarian beaches has been collected by two NGO partners the Black Sea NGO Network (BSNN) and the Burgas Association of Ecological and Rural Tourism (BAEST). It was part of the project "Reduction of Litter in the Marina and Coastal Environmentand Sustainable Use of Natural Resources - Marine LitterWatch", supported by the FM of EEA, NGO Fund. The project website in Bulgarian is available at http://mlwatch.bsnn.org/ The project has made use of the app for monitoring for marine litter Marine LitterWatch and data have been collected from the Bulgarian coastal area.
