eDNA amplicon sequencing (16S rRNA gene) of coastal estuarine water for the daoulex-16S project, 2013-2015
eDNA amplicon sequencing of bacterial communities associated with blooms of the toxic dinoflagellate Alexandrium minutum in the Bay of Brest (NE Atlantic, France) over three consecutive summers (2013-2015). We sampled bacterial communities during blooms of the toxic dinoflagellate Alexandrium minutum in the Bay of Brest (NE Atlantic, France) over three consecutive summers (2013-2015) using eDNA amplicon sequencing. We aimed to i) charachterize bacterial communities diversity and ii) identify recurrent bacterial associations potentially influencing A. minutum bloom dynamics.
