Zooplankton communities in French Guyana examined in the research cruise LINKS
DNA metabarcoding of the cox1 gene was used to estimate zooplankton community structure and diversity in coastal waters of French Guiana. Zooplankton community diversity was examined in two nearshore-offshore transects in French Guyana using DNA metabarcoding, as well as Zooscan imagery.
