In Situ Remote Sensing Reflectance of Gamache Bay, Anticosti Island.
The primary variables of this dataset are the in situ remote sensing réflectance, the water leaving radiance, the diffuse attenuation coefficient of upwelling radiance, the water depth and canopy height of the submerged aquatic vegetation. Data was acquired around Gamache bay, Anticosti Island, from the jet-ski platform, in July 2022 and august 2023 (Thesis Chap. 1 of R. Mabit, 2026, and Mabit et al., L&O methods, 2026). Data from the CTD (temperature, depth, salinity) and the SeaOWL (chlorophyll-a, fluorescence of dissolved organic matter, and volume scattering function at 700 nm) are included in the dataset. Metadata from the jet-ski inertial measurement unit are also included (latitude, longitude, altitude, pitch, roll, heading).
