Whole-genome sequencing and pool-sequencing data from the AntibioThau and SPARE-SEA projects
The aim of the AntibioThau (2021-2022 ; Ifremer) project is to determine the prevalence of bacterial ARGs in the Thau lagoon, following a geographical and anthropogenic gradient, by sampling bacteria on 4 sites at different seasons. 19 whole bacterial genomes of the Vibrionaceae family have been obtained by Whole Genome Sequencing by the Illumina NextSeq 550 platform (Bio Environnement) from the sampling of 4 compartments: oysters, Loripes, seawater and sediments, sampled between 2021-03-29 and 2022-01-10 in Thau Lagoon, France, across the four sites.
