Raw data of endo- and exometabolomics analyses of a 15-strain bacterial Synthetic Community (SynCom) and Prymnesium parvum under nitrogen, phosphorus and vit-B12 limitation at day 8 of co-culturing experiment, 2024
The objective of this study was to assess how nutrient limitation influences the intra and extracellular metabolomic profiles of the microalgae Prymnesium parvum and its associated bacteria. Controlled laboratory cultures of P. parvum, grown alone or with a synthetic bacterial community, were established under nitrogen-, phosphorus-, and vitamin B12-limited conditions. Intracellular and extracellular metabolites were analyzed across nutrient regimes using untargeted metabolomic profiling at day 8 of the experiment.
