Acho Dene Koe First Nation Water Quality Guardians

Acho Dene Koe First Nation is building capacity for on-the-land stewardship of our Traditional Territory. Through this, we will improve our collective understanding of the health of our freshwaters. Water quality data are collected using tools in the Water Rangers Freshwater Explorer testkit, including portable probes and test strips. Baseline data is collected in the Laird River by community members of the Acho Dene First Nation. Data is shared with both the Water Rangers and Mackenzie DataStream platforms.
