RNA-seq dataset investigating salinity-driven responses of Vibrio aestuarianus subsp. francensis and their host Magallana gigas hemocytes during infection, 2023-2024
RNA-seq of bacterial strain Vibrio aestuarianus subsp. francensis 12016 grown at different salinity in rich medium (15, 22, 34 and 40 g/L) sampled at late exponential stage, for the EpiVib-salinity experiment 2023. RNA-seq of Magallana gigas haemocytes infected with Vibrio aestuarianus subsp. francensis 12/016 strain by cohabitation and transferred to three different salinities (15, 30 and 40 psu) for the GoodVibe experiment 2024.
