Fastq files from illumina sequencing of samples taken by a capsule coupled to rosette CTD probes at different depths (5-1000m) and using different size filters (from 0.22 to 3µM; greater than 3µM). Sequencing was carried out on the genoscope using the same procedure as for the TARA
